Workplace culture is rapidly evolving, and it is essential for leaders to adapt to stay relevant and in some cases compliant with new ESG reporting requirements. Because employers and organisations are now placing more emphasis on establishing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policies within the workplace, it’s time to start thinking and talking about the more recently added letter ‘B- Belonging’ and why it’s an essential pillar in the DEI framework.
