Has it become more of a tick box exercise, a crowd or candidate pleaser – something that looks good but doesn’t necessarily do anything?
In this session we ask if the EDI agenda is being properly marked by organisations and what role HR should have in instigating projects and supporting initiatives. We also ask if there are still business benefits for organisations who do EDI right and how these benefits can be measured? What activities deliver real benefits for HR and how can the function argue for continued proper investment in this area.
