At a time when flexibility is key to talent supply and management, The HR World is holding an exclusive Round Table dinner discussion to explore and debate the current RPO arena. This invite-only discussion is sponsored by market-leading RPO & MSP solutions provider Sanderson Managed Services Ltd.
At the forefront of efficient people supply, RPO solutions offer flexibility for organisations seeking to get the right talent into their organisations at the right time and for the right cost. However, there are a host of options around this arrangement, and it is not always easy to understand what is possible or appropriate for a particular situation.
The situation is further complicated today by the impact of the hybrid workforce, a scenario which means workers could be engaged at a distance from the end-users’ office, working irregular hours and within multiple teams. As employment relationships evolve and adapt, this discussion will offer a unique insight into how RPO solutions are changing to secure the people and value successful organisations need.
At the event two talent professionals, David Mason, Head of Global TA Delivery at Philip Morris International, and TA expert Jim Richardson, former Global Head of Talent at Santander and RBS, will lead the discussion providing an exclusive and valuable insight into the potential of todays’ RPO solutions. They will give a view on the current trends in the marketplace, where the market is likely to go and how end-users can make the most of these kinds of solutions. The discussion is set to make a real contribution to the future of RPO and to help end-users unlock further value from this service.
With examples, case studies and practical suggestions, the event will give an insight into the current state of this important part of the workforce supply chain and offer new ways for talent to be sourced and supplied efficiently.
