In 2010, the agency world was changing. Clients wanted smaller, more agile, and expert teams who could deliver effective solutions as true partners. Our Managing Partner, John, was aware of that, and wanting to embrace that change and so DNA was born. John feels strongly that working for, and with, DNA should feel different and, in that, champions our strong sense of purpose recognising how our work positively affects businesses and peoples’ lives; those of our team here at DNA, our clients, their staff and their customers.
John set up his first agency in 1989 and before founding DNA, had also been the COO and CEO of TMP Worldwide, Monster.com and Barkers. A thought leader of all things EVP and Employer Brand, John loves to get under the skin of businesses, understand their business and people plans and deliver bespoke strategies to ensure success. John is an integral part in setting the strategy and objectives for our clients and ensuring that the optimum resource is always in place to ensure delivery.
Outside of work, John loves spending time with his family, keeping fit (ish) and eating/drinking an equal amount of the right and wrong things.
