Most recently Kim has spent 20 years within Insurance and Banking including AXA, Friends Life and Aviva. More recently Kim’s held senior roles in banking and is currently the Head of HR UK for SMBC Investment Bank.

Kim has a strong record of leading change and delivery of the People proposition, supporting businesses through transformational change. Partnering board teams, Kim has supported the largest Insurance acquisition of Friends Life by Aviva and has led a series of mergers and acquisition programmes.

Jo is a leading voice across the UK recruitment space on DEI and a regular podcast guest and event speaker across the industry's events calendar. She sits on several awards panels, including the TiARA’s and the Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards. She also advises and collaborates with the likes of Bullhorn, The Access Group, ReciteMe, JAAQ at Work, is an active member of the Women in Transports Intersectionality Advisory Group and is a Co-Presenter of the LinkedIn Live series ‘Can Recruitment, Crack Inequality.

David has worked in the staffing, talent management and workforce planning fields for over 20 years, holding a number of both in-house and consultancy roles.

Previous roles include Director of Recruitment Capita, COO Resourcing RBS, International Talent Acquisition Director CH2M HILL and Group Head of Resourcing for AXA’s UK and Ireland operations. He was responsible for both temporary and permanent recruitment covering activity from board to customer service level. His early career was spent in the British Army where he served in the 1st Gulf War and Jungle Warfare Instructor as well as leading the “Flying Gunners”, the Royal Artillery Motorcycle Display Team.

His current role is leading the University of Bristol’s employer and community engagement teams, connecting and preparing students for employment and the world of work.

Sue is dedicated to using her expertise in AI and data governance and ethics to inspire organisations to use AI with wisdom and integrity.  One of the first 14 people globally to be accredited in the Foundations of Independent Audit of AI systems, and with both a Law degree and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, she established AI Governance Limited in 2020 to advise businesses and policy makers on pragmatic AI, data ethics and governance issues and making a positive societal impact.

She is Board Chair and Non Executive Director for purpose driven businesses in the logistics and financial services sectors and coaches and mentors leaders.  Her career spans entrepreneurial private businesses and not for profit organisations where she has led significant organisational growth, raised £27 million for charity and collaborated to shift power to help people improve their prospects.  She was awarded the OBE in 2021 for Services to Social Justice.
