Spanning the world of HR, emerging talent, diversity and inclusion, student employers, and economics the panel and speakers are all outstanding contributors in their field.
They are:
- Ross Crook, managing director at Sanderson Solutions

- Dr Bertha Rohenkohl, labour market economist at Institute for the Future of Work
Dr Eliza Filby, the UK’s leading expert on intergenerational workplaces and historian on contemporary values, has already been announced as Culture Clash London’s keynote speaker.
Dr Filby is a writer, speaker and consultant who specialises in ‘Generational Intelligence’ helping companies, governments and services understand generational shifts within politics, society and the workplace.
The London event follows the success of The HR World’s first-ever in-person debate at Bristol’s Engine Shed and is held in partnership with the University of Bristol to investigate what is coming next for emerging talent in the UK as we enter 2023.
Sponsored by leading UK recruitment process outsourcing firm Sanderson Solutions, Given, the agency for purpose-driven businesses, and hiring software Cognisses, the all-day event will include specially facilitated focus groups investigating the challenges facing young people making their first steps into employment.
Findings from both Culture Clash Bristol and London along with a national survey will be produced as a market research insight report in January, ahead of the next round of graduate hiring activity.
Sarah Rice, director and editor of The HR World, said:
This is a phenomenal line up of leaders at the height of their expertise – all with a passion for solving problems around engaging, recruiting and retaining emerging talent.
“It is going to be a day of deep learning, fantastic networking and we’re looking forward to seeing the results of the insight published in a report early next year.”
