With Artificial Intelligence promising, or threatening (depending on your viewpoint) to radically change the world of work, The HR World is exploring and identifying the crucial themes around this technology.
Through research and exclusive content initiatives we are seeking not just to provide a current picture of the relationship between AI and HR but to help create a roadmap for HR professionals keen to get the most from this technology in the future. The resulting content will not just be useful to the function as AI develops, but will also serve as a marker of where the relationship between this technology and HR currently stands.
Last month an exclusive invitation-only event saw leading thinkers in the AI/HR space come together to discuss the technology as it is now being used by the HR function. The discussion also offered an insight into the consideration and actions HR should undertake as the future unfolds.
As well as analysing this discussion, The HR World is now running a survey for HR professionals to complete which will provide a unique insight into where and how AI is being used within the function right now. Gamechanger: The Place of AI in HR will help us to show where work is required, where potential pitfalls exist and how the HR function can practically take advantage of AI technology.
