The discussion illuminated the connection between a well-crafted company culture, successful talent management, and the strategic communication required to garner support from the board for evolving HR approaches.

The Great HR Experiment

The occasion also saw the launch of a new long term and continuous study to assess the changing nature of HR. The Great HR Experiment is a benchmarking study into HR leaders involving the work of Cognisess, Human and The Alan Turing Institute’s Data Study Group.
