Hooray Health & Protection launched from a growing frustration with the typical insurance industry set-up where smaller businesses have felt excluded from the employee benefits market. Striving to change the narrative from focussing solely on large corporate clients with big fees to opening up opportunities for SMEs and start-ups, Hooray decided to be the change they wanted to see.
